REQUIREMENTS

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree; any major may apply.
• Having 2+ years of experience in student services, faculty services, or similar roles.
• Well-organized and have good attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Experienced in managing a team/group.

• Run all operational tasks from the learning program including student management, learning tools management, data, and document management.
• Ensuring student learning journeys meet with the learning planned.
• Maintaining student engagement during the learning process.
• Following up on student feedback with the stakeholders.
• Managing learning facilitators team.
• Conduct the post-learning activities including student graduation, student report, and mentor rating.
