Job Description
Are you our new Learning Program Manager who drives the development and success of innovative learning solutions, empowering talent and leadership growth within the organization?
What will you be doing?
The Learning Program Manager (PM) is responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating the effectiveness of learning solutions within in the Talent & Leadership Domain. They collaborate internally and externally to bring in the best learning solutions that meet internal needs and align with external market standards. PMs maintain a wide network of suppliers capable of catering to global needs cost-effectively and with high quality. They work closely with Global HR Business Partners (GHRBP) to receive top-down organizational needs, then collaborate with key stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to further elaborate on these needs, establishing objectives, scope, success metrics, and defining project charters for key projects within their domains. Based on learning needs, PMs design the most preferred learning solutions following the 70:20:10 learning approach. They are also responsible for large-scale facilitation, if necessary, as part of the rollout of their proposed global learning solutions and for maintaining the Academy curriculum for their domain. PMs manage end-to-end project management of learning solutions within their domains, working in tandem with Learning Consultants, local PS, and/or IBO. Additionally, PMs are responsible for managing the budget for their domains.

  • Analyze learning needs with HR and SMEs. Define objectives, scope, and success metrics. Design 70:20:10 aligned solutions using data-driven decision-making.
  • Maintain and update the Academy curriculum.
  • Optimize budget allocation.
  • Oversee learning projects from planning to evaluation.
  • Coordinate global rollout with stakeholders.
  • Facilitate large-scale training if needed.
  • Measure and improve learning effectiveness. Collect and analyze feedback.
  • Implement change management for learning solutions. Ensure stakeholder engagement.
  • Maintain a network of high-quality, cost-effective suppliers. Manage supplier relationships.
  • Use metrics for continuous improvement and goal alignment.

What do we ask from you?

  • Master’s degree in Learning and Development, Educational Science, I&O Psychology, or Human Resource Management/Development with a working understanding of learning technologies.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in organizational learning and development in a complex, technical multinational context.
  • Entrepreneurial systems thinker with experience in LMS/LXP ecosystems. Experience with Workday is preferred.
  • Excellent influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Native-level proficiency in English is essential.
  • Assertive, proactive, tenacious, with high cultural intelligence.
  • Willingness to travel internationally, approximately 30%

This position offers a competitive salary range of 4.600,00 EUR to 6.200,00 EUR gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance). Through exceeding performance expectations, you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale.
