Description:
- Degree or 3-5 years relevant industry experience
- Relevant experience managing multiple stakeholders
- Relevant experience leading projects in a fast paced environment
- Relevant experience in a learning or transport operations role
- Strong IT Skills including high levels of competence in MS Excel
- Excellent data analytics and root cause analysis skills

ATS Learning is looking for a Learning Programme Manager with a proven track record of delivering results to take end to end ownership of the learning and development aspect of the Transportation Associate Programme (TAP) in the DEU region. The programme currently based in the UK trains Amazon drivers for both yard and over the road driving operations with expansion into Germany planned in 2025. This role will oversee the training of all TAP drivers in Germany and manage future expansions.
Key job responsibilities
- Design and deliver training content
- Launch programme content in Germany and wider EU
- Launch new TAP clusters and maintain training in existing clusters
- Build mechanisms for quality control and training audit
- Support EU TAP/In House Shunting launches
- Ensure compliance with industry best practice and local legislation
- Engage with key internal stakeholders including Legal, PXT, WHS, Operations, ACES, Fulfillment/Sort Centre Learning teams and TAP Leadership
- Use data to inform decision making and quantify impact to costs, learning experience and safety
- Provide timely and accurate updates to TAP Leadership on programme developments
- Liaise with 3rd Party training companies for driver training
A day in the life
As a learning programme manager you’ll hit the ground running and take ownership of the learning and development of drivers on the TAP programme. You’ll work closely with a range of stakeholders to develop scalable and cost effective solutions that meet operational requirements and develop our drivers. You’ll work closely with TAP operations and the drivers in each cluster in our Amazon Warehouses as well as the senior leadership team and other support teams.
- Basic project management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM, PMI or similar
- Experience in a driver training role
- An additional language such as Italian, Spanish or French
