EXPERIENCE + SKILLS

• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative environment, and driving team performance.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively review training materials and ensure they meet quality standards (instructional integrity, client style guidelines and writing standards).
• Demonstrated ability to conducting various types of analysis to determine learning needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Knowledgeable of latest trends and merging technologies in learning and development including e-learning platforms, virtual reality (VR), and artificial intelligence (AI).
• Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to respond effectively to changing circumstances while fostering innovative solutions.
• Highly driven with strong follow-through and a focus on owning the outcome.
• 7+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in Learning & Development or a similar environment.
• 10+ years of experience in instructional design, with a strong emphasis on conducting needs assessments, gap analysis, and aligning learning solutions with organizational goals and performance outcomes.
• Experience working in a consulting environment or managing client-facing projects is highly desirable.
• This position will require a portfolio review of relevant work samples
