Description:
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Your role will involve project management and coordination of vendors on all aspects of the learning experience: content curation, graphic design, branding, translation, and deployment. You will also be responsible for driving engagement on social learning platforms that support our programmes and reviewing data and analytics to drive continuous improvements, track engagement, participation, and impact.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Digital engagement experience either within learning, marketing or social media.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, looks for new and innovative ways to drive learning and development across the Enterprise.
- High level of digital curiosity, how systems can be used to enhance the learner experience.
- Proactive mindset with a desire to learn.
- Prior stakeholder management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Experience of a variety of software/systems.
- Comfortable working with data sets and an eye for detail.
- Exceptional organisational skills, high level of flexibility and ability to manage detail.
- Sensitivity with confidential information.
- Willingness to learn new systems and tools such as Degreed, Saba Cloud, etc.
- AI and digital learning curiosity
- Ability to follow processes, and create and maintain efficient ways of working for both self and others
- Ability to work virtually across regions and time zones.
