We are seeking a proactive Learning Specialist to join our global team, ensuring our learning processes run smoothly and create a positive impact on employee development. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to deliver meaningful learning experiences that enhance skills and drive continuous improvement.
As we advance automation in the coming years, this role will transition from process-focused tasks to a Learning Partner approach. Your focus will shift toward greater collaboration with subject matter experts, helping to shape learning frameworks that align with both business goals and employee development.
Responsibilities:
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administer tasks in the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure proper documentation of training records.
- Identify areas for automation in learning administration, such as scheduling, attendance tracking, course reporting, and learner communication, and oversee the implementation.
- Build strong relationships with content owners, business leaders, and HR Business Partners to ensure learning programs align with business strategies. Provide guidance to managers and employees on learning-related matters.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of learning programs and administrative processes, using data to continuously improve learning solutions.
- Coordinate learning interventions and frameworks with internal and external experts that align with business goals. Ensure learning solutions are delivered in a timely and relevant manner.
- Collaborate with content owners to identify skill gaps and future capability needs, implementing strategies to address them. Act as the learning expert within the business unit.
