  • You have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within multinational environments, preferably in service companies.
  • You hold a degree in humanities or economics.
  • You have professional proficiency with the Microsoft Suite, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You have excellent spoken and written English.
  • You have an interest in and aptitude for digital innovation and Learning Technologies (experience with SAP SuccessFactors LMS is a plus)

By joining the L&D team as a learning specialist in Milan, you will be responsible for providing the highest standards of direct assistance and support to Leadership and Management Group members.

In particular, you will be responsible for:

  • Analyze needs, define the training offer, and execute the learning plan for specific service lines, while monitoring internal customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with the business line to integrate and improve content and methodologies.
  • Monitor mandatory training in accordance with internal policies and guidelines.
  • Identify, analyze, and monitor functional KPIs through data analysis and dashboard development.
