Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Formulate & Implement Learning Strategy - Work with HSBC business leadership, Learning & Talent Development CoE, other HR and Global functions and help define and implement sustainable, strategic learning initiatives in alignment with Business Strategy and HR/People Priorities
  • Design, develop and deliver end-to-end learning solutions to support HSBC colleagues develop leadership, behavioral capabilities to meet the business outcomes.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting - Lead data analysis to drive advanced understanding of learning consumption, measurable impact and report out to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage process related to the tracking of learner compliance with mandatory/recommended learning requirements and onboarding training.
  • Ensure HSBC policies, programs, and guidelines are followed and manage exemptions/exceptions, as needed.
  • Participate in or lead learning project teams to build positive, collaborative partnerships among business stakeholders, SMEs and peers.
  • Provide functional area expertise to identify, research and resolve complex problems.
  • Execute and operationalize development programs and processes.
  • Use learning measurement and analytics to assess program efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring that all key learning metrics are measured, published, and leveraged for decision making.
    Requirements

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE:

  • Graduate in any discipline with 5 -6 years of experience in L&D, with a strong track record of establishing credibility and delivering results
  • Relevant experience in managing processes and practices in a matrix environment
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor with an ability to interact with diverse audiences
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, perform independently and work under strict guidelines
  • Good analytical skills with ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to make rational decisions and navigate through complex scenarios with minimal guidance or supervision
  • Advanced -Intermediate English Level
