JOB DESCRIPTION:

Your role as Learning Technologist will work within a fast-paced platforms team and have a passion and enthusiasm for improving the online learning experience.

• Supporting the Senior Learning Technologist in UX and platform improvements, and data driven development
• Building and quality-checking digital content in multiple platforms
• Validating all content display and functionality against accessibility guidelines
• Acting as 2nd line support for technical and service issues across multiple content platforms, and advising the Junior Learning Technologist on more complex 1st line support issues
• Creating and managing Technical Specification documents for new and existing programmes, supported by the Junior Learning Technologist

YOUR KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:

• Design of Digital Content
• Knowledge of CANVAS
• Building content on various online platforms
• Content Ready for Delivery
• Working in a learning technologies environment, or IT customer support role
• Working as part of a project team
• Delivering training and support in a tech environment
• Identifying and implementing systems and process improvements
• Working with multiple stakeholders at different levels
• Experience/knowledge of what good UX is
