Description:
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, creative and highly motivated person to join the eLearning Unit of the Centre for Technology in Education to support education developments and delivery. The post holder will play a frontline role in collaborating with course teams to support and design learning journeys within their courses. The place holder will provide advice on developing high-quality digital curriculum resources for use in teaching and learning across various modes of learning. We would like to hear from candidates who understand the design and production of digital content underpinned by pedagogy and have excellent organisational skills which enable them to work on multiple projects.
Key attributes of the successful applicant will include:
- Successful track record in design and delivery of high quality tech-assisted curriculum informed by pedagogy
- Understanding of designing and delivering learning content for various learning modes such as blended, and wholly online.
- Passion for delivering high quality and well-designed learning content and be able to advise on best use of technology to deliver the content informed by legislations and policies.
- High level of prioritisation and organisation to manage a high volume of work and priorities effectively
- Strong organisational, time-management and communication skills
- Enthusiasm and personal initiative to solve problems, a self-starter with ability to work unsupervised
