Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Workforce Development Team working on a variety of exciting projects Including setting up and adding new courses and providing support to our new Learning Management system.
The Learning Technologist will be responsible for the day to day running of the Learning Management System (LMS), Including setting up and adding new courses, user data management, creating reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities:

Working closely with colleagues to ensure the effective development, and utilization of the system.
Identifying opportunities to use the LMS to drive innovation and improvements in service provision.
Build and maintain relationships with a variety of colleagues and help them utilize the LMS as well as build relationships with peers across the Trust.

Support the Workforce Development and Training Manager with the maintenance and development of the Learning Management System (LMS) also maintaining the integrity of data through excellent administration and high-quality customer service.
