JOB DESCRIPTION

The Global Learning and Development team is hiring! The Learning Technology team is looking for a Learning Technologist to join a small, collaborative team that optimizes the systems and tools for peak performance in global learning and development. This team is responsible for software process automation, development, and enhancements on the front end of the workplace learning environment across the enterprise. Recently, the team helped launch a new Learner Experience Platform (LXP) by creating solutions, designing the front-end user experience and partnering with the product team on enhancements and back-end solutions.
In this role, you will consult and bring technological solutions to projects related to process improvements, learning programs, and future forecasting/readiness across the learning landscape. This might include coding in HTML, creating solutions using Power Apps or building data stories with Power BI. Listening to ideas or problem statements and turning them into technological strategy solutions using Agile principles.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically has 10 or more years of experience in education and learning technology

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Deep understanding of learning platform technologies - LMS and LXP; Proficiency in Power Apps, Power BI; SharePoint expertise a plus
  • Ability to build a visual story using data analysis with logic and purpose. Analyze enhancements and challenges to assist in learning strategy planning.
  • Proactively solving by looking beyond the surface and defining root causes to achieve process improvements and best practices.
  • Good listening skills and critical thinking based questions
  • Results oriented with flexibility, adaptability, and exceptional time management skills.
  • Share, support, and ideate within a strong team that works together

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there’s an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
