The Learning Technology Management team is a group that sits in Process Quality and Transformation within Clinical Operations. The learning technology partner will be dedicated to providing proactive training metrics, relevant learning technology solutions, and ongoing expertise to a specific function within R&D. This role is going to be directly involved in delivering our vision.

Responsibilities:

  • Partners with a specific function in R&D to provide expertise and consultation on learning technology implementation solutions for the creation of learning plans and GxP training implementation
  • Pro-actively provide training metrics to dedicated function, which drive the quality vision, and compliance
  • Responsible for the stakeholder management of Business Learning Leads for the function they oversee
  • Understands business needs and ensures system and Business Process Owners understands requirements with applicable GxP regulation
  • Works closely with Learning Technology Advisor to implement learning technology solutions in the system and maintain oversight of learning plans and GxP training
  • Drives radical simplification and improved user experience of the LMS on behalf of R&D. Collaborates with system and business process owners, which will include proposed and improved design for business processes and / or creation of proper interfaces solutions
  • Supports audits/inspections directly or via System administrators
  • Leads/actively works with user groups to support and facilitate smooth business practices
  • Accountable for system compliance according to internal frame work and external requirements
  • Maintains knowledge and compliance to relevant regulation, policies, standards, SOPs and guidelines
