Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Deal with leasehold enfranchisement and lease extensions for landlords and tenant clients
- Handle the drafting and reviewing of titles, reports, land transfers and other related documentation
- Support team growth, collaborating with the partners and assisting other team members as needed
- Work closely with high profile clients in the property sector
