We are looking for an experienced Leasing Administrative Assistant to join our team. The Leasing Administrative Assistant performs an important part in the Property Management Operation. From marketing to showing suites, screening residents and finalizing lease agreements. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, great selling skills, and the ability to inspire prospective clients while handling their inquiries with your expertise. Fostering long-term relationships with residents, by fulfilling the their needs in finding their new home.

Key Responsibilities
- Encourage appointments or viewings with all prospective clients.
- Answer all residential inquiries providing leasing information as required.
- Prepare applications and leasing contracts.
- Process resident applications and conduct credit, reference, and employment checks.
- Ensure positive resident relations; write notices to residents.
- Proof, scan and file documents.
- Prompt response to resident issues and service requests.
- Recognition of residents’ unique requirements.
- Compile research data on rental markets.
Requirements
- Strong administration 1-2 years’ experience in office administration, sales, leasing apartments or related field.
- Proficient with MS Office. Yardi knowledge is an asset.
- Strong problem-solver with effective negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision when carrying out day-to-day responsibilities.
- Ability to multi-task and desire to see tasks to completion.
- Bilingual in French & English (required).
