The Leasing Administrator is responsible for providing high quality services/ products and achieving efficiencies. Directly engaged in the operations of the business, the role is accountable for enhancing the reputation and image of Evolve FM through exemplary customer interaction and service delivery.
Reports To Head of Leasing

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Eligible to apply and be granted a Real Estate Certificate of Registration or state equivalent to work in the Real Estate Industry.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a similar role with a fast paced and complex environment.
  • Track record of excellent customer service and service delivery across multiple stakeholders.
  • Property/ facilities/ project management sector experience (experience from comparable sectors will also be considered).
  • Knowledge of work health and safety requirements.
  • Existing Assistant Agent ACT real estate certificate or interstate equivalent.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • High attention to detail and ability to audit data and reports for accuracy.
  • Advanced numeracy skills an advantage.
  • Able to work within defined procedures and outputs.
  • Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite and high level of computer literacy

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the leasing team with day-to-day operation of the property portfolio including lease performance and rent rolls.
  • Maintaining databases ensuring all information is recorded accurately and consistently in accordance with the required policy and process.
  • Verifying and cross-checking information across various systems or sources including lease agreements.
  • Assisting the leasing team with financial adjustments, invoice review, record keeping and queries.
  • Assisting with various reporting requirements including audits, reconciliations and data validation exercises.
  • Support the leasing team on overall business objectives and deliverables.
  • Identify and implement operational best practice measures.
  • Liaise with Landlords agents and representatives, key client personnel and internal workstreams.
  • Attend internal and external meetings as required.
