Description:
JOB OVERVIEW:
Assist with administration of the day-to-day operations of the apartment leasing business. Associate would handle resident support functions as well as apartment rentals, data entry and office organization/record keeping.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 2 years business experience in an administrative/leasing capacity or related experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent word processing and computer skills required.

Compensation:
$25.00 - $28.00/hour

Responsibilities:
- Greet all renters and visitors coming to the Leasing office
- Answer all calls and log both incoming and outgoing calls in Connect.
- Assist all walk-in customers and defer to Property Manager when necessary.
- Maintain office supplies – prepare order to submit to Community Manager for review and approval.
- Maintain Association filing –renter filing, correspondence, work orders, accounting documentation etc.
- Mailings, postings, or mass communication emails, as directed by Property Manager.
- Open and scan and address all incoming mail.
- Meet with Property Manager weekly to ensure completion of open action items.
- Assist with preparation of any leasing documents as directed by Property Manager
- Update new renter information in Connect
- Log work requests in Connect and generate work orders for maintenance staff and/or contractors
- Tour prospective residents through community and apartment homes
- Update work order log with notes and action taken by vendors.
- lose open work orders in system when complete by vendor. Work order is not considered complete unless the vendor has signed original work order and returned to office.
