- Facilitate leasing by conducting tours, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements.
- Maintain compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements related to property management.
- Utilize software tools for managing resident records and tracking lease renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and effective phone etiquette.
- Support marketing efforts to attract new residents through various channels.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in property management, sales or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with Fair Housing guidelines is a plus.
- Strong sales skills to effectively market the property and close leasing deals.
- Proficient in customer relationship management practices to enhance resident satisfaction.
- Experience using office software and tools for documentation and communication purposes.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to walk the property and climb stairs.
