Avita PM is looking to fill our Leasing Consultant Position at Windsong Place Apartments!

A bit about Windsong Place Apartments

• Property currently has about 30% vacancy so commissions will be high for the leasing consultant!!
• Property is in recovery mode due to the previous management company’s lack of success
• We will be working on creating a better living experience for all the tenants and providing a much improved level of service.

• Greet and assist prospective tenants in a professional and friendly manner
• Conduct property tours to showcase available units and amenities
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the property, including rental rates, lease terms, and move-in specials
• Process rental applications, conduct background checks, and verify income and employment information
• Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documents are properly executed
• Collect security deposits and rental payments from tenants
• Coordinate move-in and move-out inspections with tenants
• Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally
• Maintain organized records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and maintenance request
