The Role
This is a dual role with 3 days dedicated to Leasing and 2 to Front of House duties. From a Leasing point of view, your main objective is to provide outstanding rental service to our clients. In this role, you will undertake key leasing accountabilities on behalf of owners, tenants and the business in a timely and professional manner. It is a fast-paced and a highly adaptive position. You will have the flexibility to plan your own days, catering it to your unique working style whilst balancing stakeholder and business needs. Our leasing team members are required to work every Saturday (with any mid-weekday off of their choice) and to return all keys back to the office after opens are completed.
The Front of House role will have you supporting the Mermaid Beach team with a variety of tasks, blended with customer service and administrative duties. We love to have fun and enjoy laughing, some would say we are serious about what we do, but not so much about ourselves.We are looking for someone who can own the reception space. You’ll be joining a supportive, respectful and fun organisation. With your dedicated leader, team and FOH Coordinators from other offices; you will have help all around you! You will become a FOH guru in no time - owning all first impression and a high standard of service to all our customers.

A Day In The Life - Front of House
The FOH role will provide coverage to the front of house administration processes. Reporting to the Office Manager of the Mermaid Beach office you will provide exceptional client service and create a first-class environment for all clients and visitors. You will also:
Meet and greet clients and visitors
Answer incoming calls and queries
Process rental applications
Key coordination of administration processes
Correspondence and mail
Marketing and general admin support to the team
Gain knowledge and skills to further your career
A Day In The Life - Leasing Consultant
Conduct private/open for inspections
Process applications, including reference checking
Oversee sign-up processes with new tenants
Liaise with tenants to answer all incoming queries
Support with all maintenance management processes

A current real-estate certificate is required
A valid driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle
Must be available Saturdays
