QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LEASING CONSULTANT

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of experience in leasing
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Reliable transportation
• Strong closing skills
  One year of customer service experience and familiarity with Yardi software is preferred. Sales experience would be a plus. Are you organized and able to manage time and prioritize effectively?
