Compensation: $19 to $21 per hour
OVERVIEW
Heights at Shadowood is looking for a leasing consultant who thrives off using their customer service skills to connect with future residents and can identify their wants and needs to secure lease agreements.

QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus
- Valid Driver’s License is required
- Multi-family leasing experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
