Description:
HH Red Stone is a rapidly growing Property Management Company that specializes in Student Housing. We are on the lookout for a dedicated Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team and provide exceptional customer service to our portfolio in Washington D.C.
SUMMARY:
As a Leasing Consultant at HH Red Stone, your main responsibilities will be focused on day-to-day leasing and marketing activities aimed at boosting occupancy rates, move-ins, and lease renewals. You will be expected to deliver top-tier customer service to both potential and current residents, vendors, and clients while ensuring that we maintain the highest possible budgeted occupancy.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to interpret and apply business regulations effectively.
- 1 year of direct sales experience or 2 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with Prospective and Current Residents: Interact with current and prospective residents to maximize occupancy rates. This includes conducting leasing tours, qualifying potential residents, and handling lease paperwork efficiently.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Go above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service that exceeds expectations for all stakeholders, including vendors, residents, and team members.
- Resident Request Management: Prioritize and distribute resident requests, such as work orders, concerns, and special requests, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Resident Event Planning: Collaborate with the team to plan and execute engaging resident events that enhance the community experience.
- Marketing Support: Work closely with the marketing department to ensure that all property marketing materials, website information, reports, and advertisements are accurate and up-to-date.
- Leasing Documentation: Complete leasing paperwork and maintain meticulous record-keeping to meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay current with all regulatory and State/Federal requirements, including Fair Housing Certification.
- Other Duties: Assist with any other duties assigned by management that contribute to the overall success of the property.
