Work Arrangement: This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in the office and two days of remote work each week.

The Coordinator, Leasing position is responsible for the day-to-day processing of direct and indirect lease orders. As a member of the leasing team, duties will include booking and funding of leases, conflict resolution, lease credit approvals and case management. This position will also be required to occasionally help in other areas such as general administration.

  • Process direct and indirect lease orders daily as part of the leasing team.
  • Handle the booking and funding of leases, including conflict resolution and case management.
  • Provide accurate lease credit approvals.
  • Research and resolve billing questions or problems.
  • Perform filing and miscellaneous administrative duties, and undertake special projects as assigned.
  • Ensure all emails and voicemails are responded to within the same business day.
  • Adhere to department attendance guidelines and HR policies.
  • Assist in training new team members as requested.
  • Resolve all customer complaints within the stipulated Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframe.
  • Occasionally support other areas, such as general administration.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma with relevant experience and/or training.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years in customer service and data entry roles.
  • Strong ability to bridge communication between technical and business teams.
  • Excellent mathematical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Oracle OLM, ERP systems, and Salesforce.
    Salary Range for this position: $45,600.00 - $50,000.00 annually - Quadient CXM Canada, Inc. and Quadient Canada, Ltd. have standard ranges for all Canadian - based roles, based on function, level, and scope, which are benchmarked against companies of similar size and growth-stage. Final salary offers are determined by multiple factors, which may include (but are not limited to) geographic location and candidate experience and expertise.
