Leasing Executive

at  Al Ahli Holding Group

• Prospecting & Scouting for new potential retail and F&B brands.
• Meeting with the Brands owners, COO’s, Country/ Regional Managers etc.
• Building excellent relationship retail and F&B brands including premium brands in UAE.
• Sharing commercial proposals as per the tenant’s mix and target rentals.
• Conducting site visits with brand representatives.
• Negotiating proposals as per the target rentals/ offer letter terms/ lease terms with brands.
• Ensuring smooth on boarding of brands from lease initiation, presentations, proposals, site visits, rental negotiations, tenancy contract/ EJARI, as-built, design drawings approval, mobilization, and fit-outs.
• Ensuring payments are received i.e. marketing fees, leasing fees, fit-out fees, security deposit and other payment cheques for remaining lease term are submitted before signing of the tenancy contract/ Ejari.
• Ensuring all documentation is in compliance with the company & government policies.
• Maintaining records of all correspondence with each brands & kept up to date.

  Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per mont
