POSITION SUMMARY:

The Leasing Office Manager will manage a variety of general office activities by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. Being heavily Leasing oriented, the Office Manager plays an integral role in the community by supporting and overseeing all aspects of the leasing team and its daily operations. This position recruits, trains and manages the leasing team.

Responsibilities:

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze and organize office operations and procedures such as personnel, information management, filing systems, requisition of supplies, and other clerical service
  • Maximize office productivity through proficient use of appropriate software application
  • Research and develop resources that create timely and efficient workflow.
  • Establish uniform correspondence procedures and style practice
  • Formulate procedures for systematic retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of record
  • Plan office layout, develop office budget, and initiate cost reduction program
  • Review clerical and personnel records to ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare activities reports for guidance of management
  • Coordinate activities of various clerical departments or workers within department
  • Maintain contact with customers and outside vendors
  • Train and ensure all assigned employees are aware of and comply with company, government and customer regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions
  • Other duties as required
  • Shadow tour team members periodically to ensure proficiency and knowledge
  • Receive all telephone calls and in-person visits. Listen to resident requests, concerns and comments
  • Overseeing closing of traffic – Helping to close, training & knowing when to reach out for additional training help
