KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Prepare marketing materials, draft heads of terms, conduct due diligence, liaise with finance and credit control, and manage documentation for transaction completion.
- Advertise properties online, manage lettings boards, obtain necessary certifications (e.g., EPCs, asbestos reports), and align with asset team strategies.
- Respond to enquiries, arrange viewings or open days, follow up on feedback from prospective tenants and agents, and organize portfolio tours for corporate clients.
- Negotiate lease terms with potential tenants, manage sales and lettings processes, and ensure the best possible outcomes for all parties.
- Maintain and update void schedules, ensure documentation is saved on SharePoint, and support cross-departmental projects and team collaboration.
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Leasing Manager to support our Senior Leasing Manager (SLM) in managing their portfolio and driving leasing performance. The ideal candidate will have previous estate agent experience in sales or lettings, demonstrating a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can manage transactions from start to finish, collaborate effectively across teams, and contribute to the success of the wider asset management strategy.
