Ce poste est pour un(e) représentant(e) en location basé à nos bureaux de Montréal. L’horaire est hybride, du lundi au vendredi de 8 h 30 à 16 h 30 avec trois (3) jours de bureau.

Sous la supervision du directeur général, location et gestion d’actifs, vous porterez main forte aux opérations de location d’envergure pour l’ensemble du portefeuille du Québec. Travaillant avec une variété de types d’actifs, y compris des immeubles de vente au détail, industriels et de bureaux, vous assurerez la livraison rapide des transactions de location. Vous ne ménagez aucun effort pour atteindre les objectifs généraux de l’entreprise.

Vos atouts

  • Sept années d’expérience en transactions immobilières commerciales
  • Diplôme universitaire en commerce, en finance ou en gestion
  • Permis de courtage immobilier et permis de conduire valide
  • Excellente compréhension et connaissance pratique du processus de documentation immobilière

Compétences et expériences souhaitables

  • Bonne compréhension de l’analyse financière et des concepts de flux de trésorerie et de valeur actuelle
  • Grand souci du détail et de la précision dans la saisie de données

  • Vous examinez et analysez les offres de location et faites des recommandations au directeur général et au client
  • Vous fournissez un soutien aux équipes de location et à d’autres services, y compris exploitation, comptabilité, construction et services juridiques, pour aider le client à atteindre ses objectifs
  • Vous travaillez à fournir des renseignements très pertinents sur les transactions de location aux clients
  • Vous participez aux processus d’élaboration du budget annuel et d’ajustement mensuel des prévisions
  • Vous collaborez avec les parties prenantes internes et externes pour assurer la mise en œuvre des processus et des outils et pour exécuter les transactions de location

This position is for a Leasing Representative based out of our Montreal Offices. Schedule is hybrid, Monday to Friday 8:30 – 4:30 with three (3) days in office.
About You
Reporting to the Director, Leasing | Chartered Real Estate Broker, you will provide assistance on large leasing transactions across the Quebec Portfolio. Working with a variety of asset classes including retail, industrial and office you will ensure timely delivery of leasing transactions. High sense of urgency in meeting overall corporate objectives.

In This Role :

  • You review and analyze offers to lease and provide recommendations to the Managing Director and the Client
  • You provide support for the leasing teams, and other departments including operations, accounting, construction, and legal services to facilitate client objectives
  • You work on providing highly relevant information related to leasing transactions to clients
  • Participate in Annual Budget and Monthly Reforecasting process
  • You collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure processes and tools are implemented and execute leasing transactions

What You’ll Bring:

  • 7 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions
  • University Degree in Business, Finance or Management
  • Real Estate and Valid Driver’s License
  • Solid understanding and working knowledge of Real Estate documentation process

Bonus skills and experience

  • Good understanding of Financial Analysis and concepts of cash flow and present value
  • High Attention to Detail and Accuracy inputting data
  • High Level of Professionalism and strong Interpersonal skills
