About the Future Leasing & Resident Experience Specialist opportunity:
- Conduct property tours and provide information about the community and its amenities to prospective residents
- Process rental applications and lease agreements
- Respond to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure that resident service requests are addressed promptly
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident interactions and leasing activity
- Plan and execute resident events and activities to foster a sense of community, as needed
- Continuous engagement with residents throughout the duration of their tenancy - fostering tenant retention and a sense of community
- Other duties as assigned
