About the Future Leasing & Resident Experience Specialist opportunity:

  • Conduct property tours and provide information about the community and its amenities to prospective residents
  • Process rental applications and lease agreements
  • Respond to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure that resident service requests are addressed promptly
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident interactions and leasing activity
  • Plan and execute resident events and activities to foster a sense of community, as needed
  • Continuous engagement with residents throughout the duration of their tenancy - fostering tenant retention and a sense of community
  • Other duties as assigned
