Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Leave Administrator provides critical support to benefits processes and ensures various steam member programs are executed correctly and in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to Total Rewards team.
- Processes and administers leave-of-absence requests and disability paperwork: medical, personal, disability and FMLA
- Administer leave program including researching eligibility, processing communication, submitting payments, tracking leave in Workday system and working with Benefits Specialist to answer questions.
- Processes National Medical Support Notices / court orders.
- Assists Team Members regarding benefits related inquiries, claim issues, and plan changes
- Manages the reimbursement programs.
- Fulfills legal requests, including subpoenas, and supports discovery process.
- Provides team member support for various programs, including BRAG recognition and benefits.
Acts as first point of contact for benefits questions and calls, as needed.Additional duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience; college degree with business coursework preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Individual must have excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to exercise good judgment in decision-making and problem solving.
- Strong sense of follow-up.
- Able to multi-task and prioritize.
- Holds self accountable for high personal and professional standards of conduct.
- Must be teamwork oriented.
