Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Leave Administrator provides critical support to benefits processes and ensures various steam member programs are executed correctly and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative support to Total Rewards team.
  • Processes and administers leave-of-absence requests and disability paperwork: medical, personal, disability and FMLA
  • Administer leave program including researching eligibility, processing communication, submitting payments, tracking leave in Workday system and working with Benefits Specialist to answer questions.
  • Processes National Medical Support Notices / court orders.
  • Assists Team Members regarding benefits related inquiries, claim issues, and plan changes
  • Manages the reimbursement programs.
  • Fulfills legal requests, including subpoenas, and supports discovery process.
  • Provides team member support for various programs, including BRAG recognition and benefits.
  • Acts as first point of contact for benefits questions and calls, as needed.Additional duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience; college degree with business coursework preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Individual must have excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment in decision-making and problem solving.
  • Strong sense of follow-up.
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Holds self accountable for high personal and professional standards of conduct.
  • Must be teamwork oriented.
