MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum qualifications include a master’s degree in a related field, or equivalent, in accordance with University guidelines, and demonstrated experience of antiracist, asset-based pedagogies and assessment practices.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
A terminal degree and evidence of effective teaching with a variety of methodologies is preferred. Demonstrated understanding and commitment to CSUMB’s Vision for the first year reading and writing course that engages antiracist, asset-based pedagogies and assessment practices.
