Responsibilities:
Collaborative Mindset: The post-holder should be comfortable working within a team-oriented environment where collaboration with colleagues across various disciplines and departments is essential.
Adaptability: A proactive approach to adapting teaching methods and content to suit the needs of a diverse, international student body.
Teaching and Delivery: Delivering engaging and high-quality teaching across international business management modules and possibly other postgraduate courses as needed.
Supervision and Guidance: Acting as a dissertation supervisor for postgraduate students, providing mentorship and academic guidance throughout their research.
Collaboration and Support: Working closely with the growing team to ensure a cohesive approach to teaching and learning. This includes participation in interdisciplinary collaborations and contribution to school-wide activities.
Student Engagement: Fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and achievement.
