Job Description

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • A PhD in Cyber Security or an area closely related to Cyber Security
  • Experience as a Postdoc/Research Fellow
  • Strong track-record of research as evidenced by peer reviewed publications in high-reputable conferences and journals in the field of Cyber Security
  • Demonstrated research and grant funding success
  • Evidence of curricula design and teaching at undergraduate/postgraduate levels
  • Demonstratable potential to build sustainable relationships with industry partners and evidence of the ability to promote partnerships with external/professional organisations/agencies.
  • Relevant teaching qualification and/or related tertiary teaching experience.
  • Have an established network of collaborators
  • Capable of successfully teaching Cyber Security courses
  • Industrial experience and/or experience of collaborative research with industrial partners would be a significant advantage
    This is a permanent, full-time 1 FTE (40 hours per week) role.
    Remuneration: L1-L7, $94,981 to $113,463
