Location: Trowbridge, Chippenham, Lackham & Salisbury Wiltshire
Salary: £16.59 - £24.00 per hour plus holiday pay (dependant on skills, qualifications and experience)

Lecturer in English – Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and thought-provoking English lessons to a variety of learners, from functional skills and GCSE or beyond.
- Inspire and challenge students to achieve their academic goals through innovative teaching methods.
- Support students in developing strong communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Create and adapt lesson plans to cater to diverse learning styles and needs.

Lecturer in English – You:
Qualification: A relevant degree and/or teaching qualification in English (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent).
Experience: Previous experience teaching English, ideally within further education or adult learning environments.
Passion: A genuine love for English, literature, and language, with the ability to transfer that enthusiasm to students.
Flexibility: The ability to adapt teaching styles and hours to suit student needs, with a willingness to teach a variety of courses and levels.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire and connect with learners of all backgrounds.
