Description:
As a Logistics Lecturer, you are responsible for delivering both theoretical and practical instruction in the field of logistics. You will design educational programs, conduct class sessions, evaluate students, and advise them on their academic journey. You may also contribute to research in your area of expertise. Key skills and concepts taught include:
- Supply Chain Management
- Inventory management
- Organisation of road transport
- International transport Introduction to the ERP System (SAP)
- Planning and control of logistics operations
- Transmission and distribution International
- Logistics Transport law Warehouse Management
- Logistics cost analysis Sourcing and Sourcing Strategies
- Sustainability and green logistics
Status: Contract – Winter 2025 session
Location: Lasalle College, Montreal, Quebec
REQUIREMENTS
- You must be legally entitled to work in Canada;
- Hold a university certificate or diploma or a college diploma, with an option or concentration in the discipline concerned;
- If the diploma is obtained outside Canada, possess a diploma equivalence or proof of application;
- Teach or have teaching experience in the discipline for a full session within the last five (5) years;
- Have worked in a trade or profession related to the discipline or course for at least two (2) years.
This role involves interactions with international students and team members. A professional command of English and French is therefore required for this position.

- Deliver sessions in a dynamic, efficient and structured manner ;
- Design formative and summative assessments using the competency-based approach ;
- Administer and correct assessments ;
- Monitor each student and encourage success ;
- All other related tasks.
