To succeed as a Leader Trainee, we expect you to:

• Be flexible and able to prioritize the different assignments doing the day/week
• Is ready to adapt to changes and see opportunities rather than limitations
• Naturally take initiative and achieve results beneficial to both the business and people
• Communicate clearly and be able to write and speak professionally in both English and Danish
• Have an interest in interior design and retail - additionally, it’s advantageous if you have experience in the retail industry or within a large organization.
