Description:

THIS IS A ZERO HOURS CONTRACT.

We are currently recruiting for a range of cover tutors for short and long term cover across our programme. We are looking for tutors who can cover one or more of the following; acting, musical theatre singing, Keyboard skills music production, vocal skills, classical ensemble, pop and/or rock bands, theory, and composition.
Leeds Junior Conservatoire is a vibrant programme supporting talented musicians, and producers, helping them to develop skills and offering the opportunity to explore new areas in a supportive and nurturing environment. Students attending the programme are aged between 8 and 18. We work with students at all levels, from beginners through to advanced.??
The roles involve working with groups in a variety of genres and working with students who are passionate about their music but may be self-taught and will thrive in a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Successful applicants will have extensive experience of teaching practical and theoretical music to young people of mixed abilities and ages and must have the ability to plan and for progression.? Tact, self-motivation, reliability, flexibility, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.?
