WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking an enthusiastic administrative assistant to help with day-to-day tasks within our busy firm. The successful candidate will be organized, detailed and have strong technical skills. If you are a team player, like to take initiative and diligent with follow-up, this is the ideal role for you. For optimal success, this role will be a minimum of three days in office with the possibility of more depending on workload.
REQUIREMENTS:
- One year of previous office or legal experience
- Successful completion of a post-secondary program in legal or office administration
- Handle time pressure situations and stress of multiple demands
- Flexible to the changing demands of the job

- MS Office Suite of Applications (especially in Excel)

Responsibilities:
- Handle the onboarding of clients and conflict checks
- Assist with the billing process from beginning to end
- Complete dockets daily
- Follow-up on Accounts Receivable
- Edit and format documents
- Submit expenses
- A variety of other administrative tasks as assigned
- Communicate professionally with all internal and external clients
