McMillan has an exciting opportunity as a Legal Administrative Assistant in our Toronto Corporate Services Group. As a member of the team, you will play a key role in managing the legal and administrative aspects of the practices of a team of successful Law Clerks.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You will be the go-to person for your team who will depend on your guidance and support to keep them organized. You will be involved in a wide variety of administrative tasks, including: preparing/drafting and revising first drafts of correspondence; updating corporate database and minute books; assisting with the preparation of corporate documents, such as annual resolutions, business name registrations and other forms required; organizing and maintaining physical and electronic filing systems; Supporting dockets and accounts; other administrative duties as required, such as maintaining legal professionals’ calendars, contacts and travel arrangements
