Zenlayer is looking for an organized and detail-oriented part-time Legal Administrative Assistant to support our Legal team! This person will provide support to our legal department while working cross-functionally across the company. This position is a 6-month temporary role with the possibility of extension or full-time hire based on the needs of the business.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience
  • Self-motivated, excellent organizational skills with a keen eye to detail
  • Strong written and communication skills to work with all levels across the organization
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications, including Word and OneNote
  • Strong multitasking abilities with the ability to prioritize workload with minimal supervision
  • Strong critical thinking, evaluation and analytical skills

Responsibilities:

  • Providing data entry and organizational support to the legal team
  • Organizing and maintaining key legal documentation and repository
  • Coordinating with other departments for project alignment and completion
  • Draft and edit communications, from letters to reports and instructional documents
  • Drafting contract summaries
  • Other tasks as deemed necessary by the supervisor
