JOB DESCRIPTION

The Ford Agency is recruiting for a motivated and dedicated Legal Administrative Assistant for one of DC’s top litigation firms. This role provides administrative support to attorneys, and works closely with clients to assist with client matters. If you have 2+ years of administrative experience and are looking to provide support to a busy team of attorneys this could be a great role for you! This role will be onsite 5 days/week.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide administrative support to attorneys including:
  • Calendar Management
  • Coordinate meeting logistics
  • Travel coordination
  • Prepare binders for attorneys
  • Maintain and update client files including correspondence and client pleadings
  • Prepare expense reports and enter billing information
  • Draft and proofread documents
  • Assist with special projects as needed

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Strong internships considered
  • Legal experience a plus
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
