Description:
THIS IS TO FILL 1 PERMANENT POSITION LEGAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT WORKING 75 HOURS BI-WEEKLY.

Job description: To provide legal secretarial and administrative support to Legal Services Branch lawyers and other related duties. The incumbent is required to work independently and with the practice area teams
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

- Completion of an Office Administration program; a Legal Administration certificate is preferred;
- Extensive experience providing senior level executive and administrative support;
- Experience working with legal and/or court processes;
