Description:
Position Overview:
The Legal Administrator supports the Head of Department - Legal and Legal Manager with various tasks related to insurance, strata title, sales transactions, AGM/EGM administration, and coordination with government authorities. Additionally, the role involves assisting the Sales Admin Assistant Manager for Residensi Times Square 2.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Insurance Matters:
- Liaise with brokers for insurance claims and ensure document accuracy.
- Follow up on claim statuses and settlement agreements.
2. Sales Transaction Support:
- Address queries and complaints from owners, solicitors, bankers, and relevant departments.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to process sales documents.
3. Strata Title Management:
- Follow up with solicitors to obtain registered strata titles and maintain records.
4. AGM/EGM Administration:
- Manage AGM/EGM notices, documents, and communication with relevant parties.
- Administer the strata roll search and post-meeting documentation.
5. KPDNHEP Liaison:
- Communicate with KPDNHEP regarding the complex’s owners and tenants.
6. General Administration:
- Handle administrative tasks within the Legal and Marketing Admin Department.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel, finance, and other departments for document processing and signatories.
- Maintain office equipment and manage stationery supplies.
7. Sales Admin Support:
- Assist with administrative tasks for the Sales Admin Department.
- Help manage payment/ deposit collections for Residensi Times Square 2.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Prior experience in administration, legal, or sales support is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
