Description:
Kennedys is looking for a Legal Administrator to join our team in our Insurance division based in our Belfast office.
This role is part-time, 3 days a week.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Previous administrative experience
- Proficient in MS Office packages
- Good literacy and numeracy
- Good typing skills

Responsibilities:
- Support all fee-earners in delivering relevant non-billable work and demonstrate quality in a timely way to build strong trust in the Secretarial team
- Undertake file closure and archiving when required
- Deal accurately with electronic filing in line with the department’s process for maintaining accurate and up to date information on the matter file
- Deal with administrative requirements for all members of the team.
