Description:

Kennedys is looking for a Legal Administrator to join our team in our Insurance division based in our Belfast office.
This role is part-time, 3 days a week.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Proficient in MS Office packages
  • Good literacy and numeracy
  • Good typing skills

Responsibilities:

  • Support all fee-earners in delivering relevant non-billable work and demonstrate quality in a timely way to build strong trust in the Secretarial team
  • Undertake file closure and archiving when required
  • Deal accurately with electronic filing in line with the department’s process for maintaining accurate and up to date information on the matter file
  • Deal with administrative requirements for all members of the team.
