Responsibilities:

The role supports central legal team at RICS in delivering high-quality, solution-oriented legal advice globally. The position involves working closely with the General Counsel and other legal team members, managing the legal inbox, tracking key dates, and ensuring smooth progress of legal matters. It also includes producing management reports, maintaining the legal intranet, and updating contract databases, contributing to the team’s overall efficiency and responsiveness.
Additional responsibilities include assisting with legal process improvements, such as embedding new technology, streamlining enquiries, and maintaining legal systems. The role also provides ad hoc support to the Data Privacy team and handles document formatting, electronic signatures, and liaising with various internal teams to ensure accurate legal records and content development.
