Your mission : Our internal Legal department is growing and we are looking for a Legal Advisor eager to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
Be a part of our team where you will:
- Draft, review and negotiate various contracts for our clients (services agreements, ToBs, NDAs, etc.), external partners (consortium, subcontract, sponsoring, alliance, etc.) and suppliers (IT contracts, purchase, leasing, procurement, etc.);
- Provide high quality legal expertise and advice to all lines of services of the firm on various legal topics (commercial law, civil law, labour law, intellectual property, data protection/information technology, corporate law, etc.);
- Draft various technical clauses, contracts templates and internal policies;
- Participate to the implementation and compliance with the PwC Network Policies and Standards (co-branding policies, global contracting policies, etc.)
- Participate to ensure firm’s legal security and compliance on a day-to-day basis and to anticipate legal risks;
- Conduct various legal researches and analysis with a hands-on and solutions oriented approach;
- Participate to the firm’s legal watch and deliver legal trainings to your colleagues.
Let’s talk about you. If you …
- Hold a Master in Law from either Luxembourg, Belgium or France;
- Have at least 2 years of practice in a similar position;
- Have a focus on Business Law;
- Are keen in drafting various agreements and have strong writing skills; expertise in drafting IT agreements is an asset;
- Have the ability to spot potential legal issues after understanding the relevant factual background and to identify possible solutions to mitigate risks;
- Are enthusiastic on working on various legal topics as an in-house Legal Advisor;
- Are a strong team player, rigorous and focused on quality.
- Are fluent in both French and English.
