Description:

A growing and thriving firm with offices in the Fraser Valley is seeking a Legal Assistant to join their Corporate and Commercial Real Estate team.

Responsibilities:

  • Opening and closing files
  • Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
  • Managing and preparing documentation and correspondence
  • Assisting with file management and organization
  • Reviewing and revising documents
  • Administration duties including filing, time entry, bill preparation, printing, scanning, faxing, and photocopying.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-2 years of experience working in a Canadian law firm or similar professional services environment
  • Legal Assistant or Paralegal Certificate from a recognized institution
  • Advanced computer skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
