We are looking for a Legal Assistant who can deliver exceptional service within a high performing team. You are someone who is proactive and works collaboratively in a team environment with strong initiative.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive and able to work with limited supervision
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel)
- Advanced knowledge of CMS/Aderant or other finance related software
- Ability to develop and foster excellent professional relationships internally and with clients

Responsibilities:
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders
- Understanding of matter management and importance of maintaining confidentiality
- Provide support to partner on Board/Executive related matters
- Diary management
- Strong understanding of billing processes and ability to handle complex billing requirements
- Arranging travel (including flights and accommodation)
- Assisting with events and business development activities
