An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Assistant with transactional experience to support a market leading partner and team of lawyers.
We are looking for a Legal Assistant who can deliver exceptional service within a high performing team. You are someone who is proactive and works collaboratively in a team environment with strong initiative.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proactive and able to work with limited supervision
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel)
  • Advanced knowledge of CMS/Aderant or other finance related software
  • Ability to develop and foster excellent professional relationships internally and with clients

Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders
  • Understanding of matter management and importance of maintaining confidentiality
  • Provide support to partner on Board/Executive related matters
  • Diary management
  • Strong understanding of billing processes and ability to handle complex billing requirements
  • Arranging travel (including flights and accommodation)
  • Assisting with events and business development activities
