JOB REQUIREMENTS

Professional Degree or Advanced Student on careers like Business Administration, HR, Legal or related.
Advanced English (written and conversational)
Minimum 1 year of experience on administrative support role
This person must have his/her own vehicle and B1 License up to date

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative and operational support for the global Legal Department.
  • Deliver the work in a timely manner.
  • Assist with drafting and revising documents
  • Develop and maintain filing systems for documents, both physical and electronic.
  • Lead collection of signatures for documents.
  • File or otherwise submit documents to government agencies, electronically or physically as necessary.
  • Support on Global Compliance matters, including implementing policies and procedures.
  • Maintain the Legal/Compliance intra-company website.
  • Maintain Legal and Compliance databases such as on intranet and SaaS platforms.
  • Support the review and processing of invoices.
  • Support the review and approval of marketing and other materials.
  • Prepare agendas and otherwise support meetings involving the Legal department
  • Prepare letters, reports, and other materials for the Legal department.
  • Prepare documents for notarization and legalization.
  • Support internal investigations, as requested.
  • Support Legal and Compliance training, as requested.
  • Schedule appointments and make travel arrangements, as requested.
