Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Legal Assistant to join our team in Estate Planning and Administration. The ideal candidate will support the Attorneys and Estate Planning Senior Paralegal by drafting documents, correspondence, and spreadsheets, filing pleadings and recording deeds, scheduling, organizing and maintaining files and case management system, and communicating with clients and others as needed.
The successful candidate should possess the necessary skills and experience, but more importantly, they should be humble (no task beneath you), hungry (for your own success and the team’s), and smart (knowing how to interact with a wide range of people). We take pride in our culture and seek individuals who appreciate working in a collaborative, friendly, and supportive environment.
While we have developed solid systems and procedures and will provide training, this is not a position for beginners. We are growing fast and need someone who can hit the ground running. The ability to relate to clients, county and court personnel, and team members - including supervision, is critical. We are always learning and improving our systems, so having a growth mindset is important.
This position offers more than just a job; it’s a career opportunity for the right candidate. Salary is commensurate with skill and experience and is negotiable. In addition to being committed to your personal and professional growth, we offer a generous benefits package including monthly in-office massages, health insurance, vision, and dental plans, life insurance, short and long-term disability plans, an HSA, FSA, and a Dependent Care FSA, 401k plan with 3% company contribution, plus a generous paid time off policy, and paid holidays.
If you are excited about joining a team that is dedicated to a cause greater than itself and committed to optimizing performance without compromising service, then you may have found your new home.Compensation:
